Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers and their supplier ecosystem with professional services, aerospace and defence expertise. The NATO NCIA initiative seeks a CIS/IT service delivery specialist based in Bydgoszcz to plan events, coordinate CIS infrastructure, and ensure IT solutions meet customer needs.

Required qualifications include a university degree with 4+ years of related experience, ITIL Foundation, LAN/WAN planning, and familiarity with Microsoft and VMware products.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering IT services to customers with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Planning IT networks and infrastructure (LANs/WANs) for events and CIS support.
• Broad technical knowledge of distributed information systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scheduled CIS exercises, trainings, and events.
• Develop planning documentation for CIS support across events.
• Capture and translate requirements into IT and CIS specifications.
• Coordinate technical requirements with CSU/NCI Agency teams.
• Represent CSU at planning conferences and meetings with NATO and customers.
• Advise on technical possibilities within the NCI Agency service portfolio.
