Job summary

UniCredit in Poland seeks an Analyst CIB to join the Corporate & Investment Banking team working with Large Corporates. You will support Relationship Managers, prepare credit analyses, and help structure and execute major Polish and international transactions in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You will collaborate with teams in Poland, the CEE region, and Milan to deliver financing solutions and advisory services, with opportunities to develop in financial analysis and client management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Very good analytical skills and knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
• Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and present complex financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Relationship Managers in managing relationships with the largest corporate clients in Poland.
• Preparing credit analyses, transaction materials, presentations, and recommendations for decision-making processes.
• Preparing sector analyses and continuously monitoring market trends and client situations.
• Participating in structuring and executing the largest transactions on the Polish market, including bilateral and syndicated financing, acquisition finance, project finance, and capital market transactions.
• Identifying client needs and collaborating with product teams regarding financing, trade finance, hedging, DCM, ECM, cash management, and advisory services.
• Coordinating credit processes and required approvals in cooperation with risk, product, and operational teams.
• Supporting onboarding processes, documentation preparation, and the monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
• Collaborating with international UniCredit teams in Poland, the CEE region, and Milan.
