ING Bank Śląski S.A. in Warsaw is recruiting a China Desk Head for Central & Eastern Europe to lead engagement with Chinese corporate clients across Poland and the wider CEE region, based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

You will develop and execute ING's strategy for Chinese clients, deepen senior-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with product teams while representing ING in the Asian business community and upholding risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate banking or international business development.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and originating new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to execute growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking products and financial markets.
• Experience working with multinational and international corporate clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese would be a strong advantage.

Are you passionate about international business, building long-term client relationships, and working at the intersection of European and Asian markets? ING Wholesale Banking is looking for a China Desk Head for Central & Eastern Europe, based in Warsaw, to lead and accelerate our engagement with Chinese corporate clients across Poland and the broader Central and Eastern European region. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our CEE franchise, work with senior decision-makers from leading international companies, and contribute directly to the growth of ING Wholesale Banking in one of Europe's most dynamic regions.

Our requirements
