Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to guide secure design and implementation across business and IT support areas in a Kraków-based hybrid role. The candidate will drive secure configurations, define architecture requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture or management roles preferred.
• Experience with NIST CSF and privacy domains.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide design and implementation of secure solutions across business and IT support.
• Drive secure configuration and implementation to reduce risk.
• Lead discovery sessions and ensure compliance and remediation of gaps.
• Collaborate with business owners to implement access controls and IT operations controls.
