seeks a Chief Chemical Technology Engineer to lead the Chemical Technology Engineering team and own key chemical processes across painting, e-coat, sealing, coatings, and anti-corrosion technologies. You will drive manufacturing concepts for new facilities, lead technology transformation, and align with safety and ESG standards while supporting cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering focused on chemical technologies in vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, anti-corrosion systems.
• Experience with production process development and industrialization projects.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Chemical Technology Engineering team.
• Set departmental priorities, allocate resources, establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Own and develop key chemical technology processes (painting, e-coat, sealing, bonding, coatings, adhesives, anti-corrosion).
• Provide technological leadership and production support for paints, coatings, sealants, adhesives throughout their lifecycle.
• Define and implement manufacturing concepts for new production facilities.
• Drive strategic technology transformation initiatives (KTL, carbon steel manufacturing, anti-corrosion).
• Lead industrialization activities, integrating new vehicle programs into production.
• Redesign, optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, sustainability, cost.
• Analyze production and quality performance, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Optimize production flow, equipment utilization, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Eng., Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, Project Mgmt.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and ESG requirements, while supporting supplier qualification.
