Shiftmove is seeking a strategic BI leader to evolve our analytics function from reactive reporting to proactive, AI-enabled intelligence. You will report to the VP Operations and guide Analysts and a Programme Manager in building trusted, cross-market insights that inform commercial decisions.

You will shape the operating model, governance, and stakeholder partnerships, driving faster, more predictive analytics across the business while mentoring your team to become true business partners.

Qualifications

• Led a BI function, raised data & reporting standards.
• Built AI-enabled workflows, automated insights at scale.
• Defined KPIs, established a single source of truth across multi-market business.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the BI operating model and governance.
• Oversee revenue, ARR reporting, pipeline and churn analytics.
• Deliver executive reporting with rigorous analysis and trusted insights.
• Develop the team to act as analytical partners across Sales, Marketing and RevOps.
