Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI, Director of Analytics).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced digital business.
• Proven ability to translate metrics into financial impact and business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision for BI, analytics, and data-driven decision making across MGID.
• Build scalable analytics capabilities and an operating model linking metrics to financial outcomes.
• Develop KPI reporting and data frameworks for product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with executives to align cross-functional teams around data-informed strategies.
• Drive a data-driven culture by establishing governance and performance dashboards.
