Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a senior finance reporting professional to lead recurring management reporting cycles and drive data accuracy. You will coordinate datasets, ensure governance and work across Global Management Reporting, Business Control and regional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, 5–8 years in finance reporting, and strong Power BI, SAP BW or Analysis for Office skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance or Management Reporting.
• Experience in international or shared services environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of recurring management reporting across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Plan and coordinate team activities for preparation, validation and submission of managerial datasets and reports.
• Ensure completeness, consistency and accuracy of reporting data.
• Act as the operational point of contact for Global Management Reporting teams and related entities.
• Support management accounting and reporting processes related to M&A and IFRS initiatives.
• Identify and resolve complex reporting issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and automation.
• Contribute to finance transformation projects and reporting automation using Power BI.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across Finance, Business Control, and Data & Analytics teams.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.

Your Daily Tasks May Include

• leading the execution of recurring management reporting activities across monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs
• planning and coordinating team activities related to the preparation, validation and submission of managerial datasets and reports
• ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy of management reporting data through validation controls and monitoring of reporting submissions
• acting as the operational point of contact for Global Management Reporting teams, Business Control and reporting entities regarding reporting activities, issue resolution and process clarifications
• supporting management accounting and reporting processes related to M&A activities, IFRS implementation and other finance initiatives
• identifying, coordinating and resolving complex reporting issues, escalating risks when required to ensure continuity of reporting processes
• driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, automation and process standardization
• contributing to finance transformation projects and implementation of reporting automation solutions using tools such as Power BI
• ensuring adherence to management accounting policies, internal controls, governance requirements and reporting guidelines
• collaborating with global and regional stakeholders across Finance, Business Control, Global Functions and Data & Analytics teams
• leading, coaching and developing team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and supporting professional growth
• handling any other tasks assigned by the Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, General Management or a related field
• minimum 5-6 years (Junior) or 6-8 years (Regular) of experience in Finance, Management Reporting, Business Control or related areas
• experience working in an international and/or shared services environment
• experience coordinating reporting cycles, business processes or cross-functional projects
• strong understanding of management accounting and management reporting processes in a multinational environment
• good understanding of finance process controls, risk management and governance reporting requirements
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ability to work effectively under tight reporting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation
• team leadership, coaching and people development capabilities
• experience with reporting and finance tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, SAP BW or similar systems
• ACCA/CIMA qualification (or qualification in progress) will be an asset
• excellent written and verbal English skills; additional European language will be an advantage
