Sandvik Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Sandvik Coromant Center, blending technical expertise with operational coordination and customer engagement to drive exceptional experiences.

You will plan and execute customer projects, demonstrations and training, program CNC machines and CAM setups, and align activities across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and R&D. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, metal cutting, or industrial tech environments.
• Experience with CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of machining technologies and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient use of machines, facilities and resources.
• Plan and execute customer projects, demonstrations, machining trials and events.
• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors and employees.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and create CAM programs for customer applications.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and R&D.
• Manage suppliers and service providers for equipment, maintenance and facilities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety and quality standards.
• Support business development and strategic customer activities to create value.
