Sandvik Coromant in Katowice, Poland seeks a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Center, blending technical expertise with operational oversight to deliver outstanding customer experience and growth.

You will manage daily operations, plan customer projects and training, oversee CNC setup and CAM programming, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and R&D to create value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in machining, manufacturing or industrial tech environments.
• Proven CNC machining and CAM programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining technologies and process optimization.
• Experience coordinating technical projects and customer events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient utilization of machines, facilities, and technical resources.
• Plan and execute customer projects, technical demonstrations, machining trials, and events.
• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors, and employees, including customized training schedules and project plans.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and create CAM programs for customer applications and demonstrations.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and R&D.
• Manage suppliers and service providers related to equipment, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and quality standards.
• Support business development and strategic customer activities to create business value and exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Sandvik Coromant Center, combining technical expertise, operational coordination, and customer engagement to deliver outstanding customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient utilization of machines, facilities, and technical resources.
• Plan and execute customer projects, technical demonstrations, machining trials, and events.
• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors, and employees, including customized training schedules and project plans
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and create CAM programs for customer applications and demonstrations.

Education

Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, metal cutting, or industrial technology environments.

• Proven experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of machining technologies, process optimization, and customer applications.
• Experience coordinating technical projects, training activities, customer events, or technology center operations.
