Job summary

Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Senior Aerospace Project Engineer to lead cross-European aerospace projects from Poland. You will develop machining strategies, tooling requirements, and CAM workflows, collaborating with sales and customers to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires strong CAM skills and aerospace manufacturing experience, plus willingness to travel across Europe to support customers and processes. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal cutting within aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong CAM skills with Siemens NX, Catia V5, TopSolid or Mastercam.
• Mechanical Engineering or technical degree.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing and process implementation on production sites.
• Good English; a second language is appreciated.
• Proficient IT skills (Office and internal software).
• Willingness to travel across Europe and manage cross-border projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace projects delivering according to company objectives.
• Prepare aerospace components process definition.
• Determine tooling strategies for efficient machining cycles (special tooling and CAM simulations).
• Assist in the preparation of CAM programs.
• Work with the sales team to prepare machine programs, provide quotes, and assist in testing/implementations with customers.
