Job summary

Sandvik Coromant Center in Katowice is seeking a highly motivated professional to coordinate center operations, combine technical expertise, and engage customers to deliver outstanding experiences and support business growth.

You will plan and run CNC machining and CAM programs, coordinate customer projects and training, and work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and R&D to drive improvement.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Sandvik Coromant Center, combining technical expertise, operational coordination, and customer engagement to deliver outstanding customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient utilization of machines, facilities, and technical resources.
• Plan and execute customer projects, technical demonstrations, machining trials, and events.
• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors, and employees, including customized training schedules and project plans
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and create CAM programs for customer applications and demonstrations.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and R&D.
• Manage suppliers and service providers related to equipment, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and quality standards.
• Support business development and strategic customer activities to create business value and exceptional customer experiences.

Education

Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, metal cutting, or industrial technology environments.
• Proven experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of machining technologies, process optimization, and customer applications.
• Experience coordinating technical projects, training activities, customer events, or technology center operations.
