Sandvik Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Sandvik Coromant Center, blending technical expertise with operational coordination and customer engagement to drive exceptional experiences.

You will plan and execute customer projects, demonstrations and training, program CNC machines and CAM setups, and align activities across Sales, Marketing, Engineering and R&D. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, metal cutting, or industrial tech environments.
• Experience with CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of machining technologies and process optimization.

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient use of machines, facilities and resources.

• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors and employees.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to coordinate the Customer Experience and Sandvik Coromant Center, combining technical expertise, operational coordination, and customer engagement to deliver outstanding customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily center operations and ensure efficient utilization of machines, facilities, and technical resources.
• Plan and execute customer projects, technical demonstrations, machining trials, and events.
• Organize and run technical training programs for customers, distributors, and employees, including customized training schedules and project plans.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and create CAM programs for customer applications and demonstrations.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and R&D.
• Manage suppliers and service providers related to equipment, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and quality standards.
• Support business development and strategic customer activities to create business value and exceptional customer experiences.

Education Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, metal cutting, or industrial technology environments. Proven experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes. Strong technical knowledge of machining technologies, process optimization, and customer applications. Experience coordinating technical projects, training activities, customer events, or technology center operations.

Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and creating business value. Leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct people management responsibility. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Fluent English, written and spoken.
