Etex is recruiting a Commercial Excellence lead in Warsaw to drive regional initiatives across Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will design and deliver analytics, support strategic decisions and optimize pricing and profitability.

You will lead segmentation, account planning and pipeline management while collaborating with IT and commercial teams to enhance CRM adoption and data quality.
