Job summary

Universal-Investment in Kraków is seeking a Cash & Securities Reconciliation Officer to join our Transfer Agency Department. You will post and reconcile accounting entries, investigate discrepancies and handle enquiries from investors and banks to resolve pending transactions.

The role requires an economics/finance background, several years in transfer agency, strong client relations, and fluency in English (French or German is a plus).

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, finance or related field.
• Several years of experience in transfer agency or fund industry.
• Fluency in English; French or German would be an advantage.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• A proactive, flexible and client-focused approach with team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile accounting entries.
• Investigate discrepancies through to resolution.
• Handle enquiries from investors, custodian banks and accountants.
• Prepare, verify and submit manual payments.
• Coordinate interest and compensation claims relating to pending transactions.
• Maintain and update monitoring records.
• Report incidents with details to the team when approved.
