Job summary

Zoetis Polska Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Cash Collection Associate to support Accounts Receivable processes within a leading animal health company.

The role involves day-to-day cash collection, dunning, reporting, and close collaboration with Customer Service and Local Markets in a hybrid, full-time setup in Warsaw.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong Excel skills

• Review, follow, and continuously improve operating procedures to support process efficiency and compliance.
• Escalate unresolved or unclear issues to the Team Leader in line with established escalation procedures.

Cash Collection Associate (m/f/x) This position will report to the Cash Collection TL and will coordinate and support the execution of Accounts Receivable related activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities related to Cash Collection and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Manage dunning activities and prepare reports with commentary for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Contact customers and handle inbound calls to resolve queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent in working experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel)
• SAP experience will be an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Knowledge of French language will be an asset
