Job summary

Zoetis invites applications for a Cash Application Associate (m/f/x) on a replacement contract. You will report to the O2C Team Lead and help execute accounts receivable activities, including processing payments and reconciling customer accounts.

The role requires at least 1 year in finance/O2C, fluent English (B2), and basic MS Word/Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an asset. We offer private medical care, life insurance, a Multisport card and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the finance / O2C / accounts receivable field.
• Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level).
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel).
• SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments (wires, cheques, direct debit, RIBA, credit cards etc.) and outgoing payments related to customers' refunds/ rebates.
• Clear & Reconcile customer accounts.
• Proactively manage unapplied/unallocated cash items in close collaboration with the Ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and adhoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management or applicable markets.
• Assist Team Leader/ Manager to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Support O2C/SAP tools implementation and testing process.
• Escalating all unsolved/unclear issues to the Team Leader.
