Job summary

Ericsson in Krakow invites a passionate Software Engineer to join our Controller 6610 development organization. You will design, implement, integrate and maintain software solutions for RAN products, driving automation and CI/CD in a large-scale telecom environment.

You will work with C++, Java and Python, contribute across the full software lifecycle, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics or related technical field
• Strong software development skills in C++, Java and/or Python
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation agents
• Experience with software design, implementation, integration and testing
• Familiarity with Git version control system and collaborative development practices
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in international teams
• High level of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software components for Controller 6610 products and supporting applications

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, developing software for large-scale telecom systems while driving automation, software quality, continuous integration and engineering excellence. The role combines software development, troubleshooting, system understanding and close cooperation with global development teams.

About The Role
