Ericsson Krakow is seeking designers to help develop 5G UPC SW within the RAN Performance organization. You will join the baseband scheduler team and work through design phases from early studies to live networks, delivering features for the 5G RAN and collaborating with architects.
The role requires C/C++ in real-time embedded systems, strong problem-solving, and good English. Hybrid work model with opportunities for growth in AI-driven development tools and international projects.

The unit is responsible for the baseband SW within the 5G product. We are now creating a product responsible organization in Krakow, Poland, with L2/Scheduler section focused on 5G. Currently we are looking for designers who will help us to develop 5G UPC (User Plane Control) SW. You will be part of a world-class organization with some of the leading experts within the industry – you will join the baseband scheduler department and work with the 5G UPC product.
We work in a hybrid model - 3 days from the office weekly.
