Job summary

Aon Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Regional Compensation Specialist to support compensation programs across multiple countries. This hybrid role blends virtual work with office collaboration, partnering with HR, payroll, finance, and partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation processes.

You will deliver annual cycles, maintain compensation trackers, analyze data, and drive process improvements while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Rewards, HR Operations, People Analytics, HR Shared Services, or a similar data-driven HR environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality when handling employee and compensation data.

What the day will look like

In this role dedicated to regional compensation, you will play a meaningful role in delivering compensation programs, annual reward processes, analytics, and operational support throughout the area. You will partner closely with Compensation, People Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
