Job summary

FIS in Warsaw is seeking an Analyst II, Business Systems Analysis, to analyze, implement, and verify change requests within defined service levels. You will work with stakeholders to ensure delivery of operational changes and contribute to quality and risk reduction.

Responsibilities include assessing impacts, validating changes, maintaining audit trails, and supporting governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing, implementing, and validating operational or system changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established service level commitments.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and records.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
