Revolut Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. You will collaborate with service owners, risk, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting of resilience activities.

The role focuses on developing strategies, conducting risk assessments, building business continuity plans, and aligning with regulatory expectations (DORA).

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (primarily DORA), industry standards, and best practices for resilience and continuity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing operational resilience frameworks, policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of existing resilience plans and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
• Designing and conducting testing, training, and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of continuity plans and enhance organisational readiness.
• Serving as liaison with regulators (primarily the ECB), external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts.
• Monitoring and updating business continuity plans, incorporating lessons learned from incidents and industry developments.
• Leading and coordinating response efforts during crises, guiding teams through recovery processes, and ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvements.
• Monitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needs.

We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services.

You’ll collaborate with service owners, Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting related to operational resilience.

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll need

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN17,600 - PLN23,000 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
