Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading risk team in Poland. You will identify operational risks, design controls, and monitor risk indicators across functions and regions.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, develop risk metrics, and support incident reporting. A 2:1 degree and 2+ years in financial services risk are required, with strong communication and organisational skills.

About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and support our Wealth and Trading team. You'll use your analytical skills to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.
