Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a global, matrix-structured team in Poland. The role emphasizes process optimization, SAFe/Agile delivery, and stakeholder management across Life Science–related projects.

Applicants should have 3+ years in business analysis, familiarity with CSV/GxP, and strong English communication skills. Experience with JIRA, Retina, and ServiceNow is a plus; SAFe/PSPO certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environments, ideally Life Science.
• Experience in label management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAFe delivery and Agile practices.
• Strong communication, expectation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in global, virtual teams within a complex matrix organization.
• Reflective practitioner focused on improving team processes.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1); German or Polish advantageous.
• Hands-on with JIRA backlog; familiarity with Retina.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge).
• PSPO and/or SAFe certification is advantageous and may be required after joining.

Job description

• Experience in label management is an advantage
• Understanding SAFe delivery path and Agile practices
• Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management
• Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness.
• Ability to reflect on own work and oriented towards improving the team’s way of working and process optimization
• Fluent in English B2/C1 Level (German or Polish is an advantage)
• Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)
• PSPO and / or SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining).
