W3Global in Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a global IT/ Life Science-focused team. You will work with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects and QA leads to translate complex business needs into precise requirements and user stories, ensuring adherence to GxP and validation standards.
You will analyze processes, assess scope against templates, and coordinate across multiple business units and IT teams while maintaining clear documentation and strong stakeholder
Competenze
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment, Life Science preferred
- Experience in label management is a plus
- Understanding of SAFe delivery path and Agile practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English (B2/C1); German or Polish a bonus
Mansioni
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team
- Analyze business scenarios and processes for global system implementations
- Assess customer scope against global templates and best practices
- Provide consultancy in evaluation, development and deployment of systems
- Foster harmonization across systems, sites and departments
- Document user requirements, specifications, process flows, epics and user stories
- Coordinate with multiple business units and IT teams
- Demonstrate knowledge of GxP documentation standards and validation
- Coordinate SAT and UAT planning with testers
- Proficient in gSuite; basic SAP/MES interfacing knowledge
- Explain complex concepts clearly and accurately
- Plan and manage stakeholder communications and workshops
- Work with developers, testers, solution architects and UX teams
