Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive improvements in post-sales mortgage processes for a major banking project. You will gather requirements, model processes, and prepare BRD/user stories, working closely with business, IT, and operations teams.

The role involves collaboration across analysts and architects on a large digital transformation with a hybrid work model and long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a business analyst in banking or similar.
• Knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and modeling with BPMN/UML.
• Preparation of analytical documentation (BRD / user stories).

Requirements:

• experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
• knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• experience in analyzing business processes
• ability to model processes - eg. BPMN
• project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus

Additional advantages:
