Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw is looking for a skilled business analyst to join a banking digital transformation project. You will analyze post-sales processes for mortgage loans, gather and refine requirements, and support cross-functional teams across business, IT, and operations.

You will model processes with BPMN/UML, prepare BRDs and user stories, and participate in testing to verify implemented changes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a business analyst in banking.
• Knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans.
• Experience in analyzing business processes.
• Ability to model processes using BPMN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze post-sales processes for mortgage loans.
• Gather and refine business requirements.
• Model processes with BPMN and/or UML.

Job description

Requirements:

• experience as a business analyst in banking - minimum 2 years in a similar position
• knowledge of post-sales processes for mortgage loans
• experience in analyzing business processes
• ability to model processes - eg. BPMN
• project work experience - Agile or Scrum is a plus
