Job summary

BMW Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can independently lead analysis activities across complex business and IT initiatives within BMW Financial Services. The role requires ownership of requirements from discovery through implementation and validation, and confident collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.

The role demands 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, practical knowledge of BPMN/UML, Jira, Confluence, and basic SQL,

Qualifications

University degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including leading analysis activities in complex projects, transformations, or system integrations.
Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong knowledge of requirements management, BPMN, and business process modelling.
Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, UML, Jira, Confluence, and basic SQL; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills, with fluent business English. Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end business analysis activities, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders, including senior management.
Developing and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirements traceability.
Managing and documenting requirements in Jira and Confluence, ensuring consistency and transparency.
Collaborating closely with development, testing, architecture, and business teams to clarify and validate requirements.
Supporting business testing by defining test scenarios, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
Analyzing and modeling business processes using BPMN/UML, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting successful solution delivery.
