Job summary

Atos in Poland is hiring a Business Analyst for a large-scale public administration transformation. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, elicit requirements, and translate them into user stories and specifications.

Fluent German and strong English are required; experience with UML/BPMN, DMS/ECM, and Agile/Scrum. You will run workshops, support backlogs, and ensure clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) and excellent command of English.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with electronic file management and Document Management Systems (DMS/ECM).
• Understanding of document lifecycle management, records management, workflows, metadata, and digital case file handling.
• Hands‑on experience with DMS/ECM platforms such as d.velop, OpenText, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate document-related business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

About The Project

Join an international team delivering a large-scale digital transformation program for the public administration sector in Europe. The platform supports the modernization of critical registry processes, enabling secure information exchange, process automation, and integration between multiple government systems.

You will work in a multicultural environment alongside business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and domain experts, contributing to the continuous evolution of a complex enterprise solution used by public institutions.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and analyze requirements, support solution design, and ensure that business needs are translated into clear and actionable specifications.
