Job summary

Atos is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams on a large-scale public administration digital transformation project in Europe. You will gather requirements, support solution design, and ensure business needs are translated into clear specifications.

You will work with German-speaking stakeholders, document user stories and process models, and collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and Product Owners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent German at least B2/C1 level and strong English communication.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements in IT projects.
• Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers and Product Owners.
• Support backlog management and prioritization.
• Review requirements throughout development lifecycle.
• Participate in acceptance testing and business validation actions.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
