Zusammenfassung

Atos is seeking a dedicated software tester to join our global digital transformation team in Wroclaw. You will analyze requirements and user stories, create test scenarios and cases, and map tests to project requirements while ensuring quality across the SDLC.

Responsibilities include executing tests, logging results, raising defects, supporting UAT, and presenting solutions in meetings with End Customers. Fluency in German and English is required, with at least 2 years in testing.

Qualifikationen

German language requirement at least B2/C1.
English language minimum B1.
2+ years of software testing experience.
Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, X-Ray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps).
Fundamentals of SQL.

Aufgaben

Analyze requirements and business scenarios and provide feedback to BAs.
Create test scenarios and test cases with data and expected results.
Map test cases to project requirements.
Execute tests and log results, comparing with expected results.
Maintain test scenarios during process changes.
Raise defects and perform root cause analysis with devs and BAs.
Re-test defect resolutions and support UAT.
Participate in meetings with End Customers and give demos.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

providing analysis of requirements and business scenarios/user stories, including delivering feedback to Business Analysts and getting clarifications on possible gaps and discrepancies
creation of Test Scenarios and Test Cases including test data and expected results based on documentation available in German
mapping of test cases against project requirements
executing designed tests, annotating the actual results, and comparing them against expected results
maintaining the test scenarios during process changes
raising defects during testing and conducting root cause analysis when needed in cooperation with dev team and BAs, including triage meetings
re-testing defects resolutions
supporting the users performing UAT
participating in meetings with End Customers and presentation of solutions (demos)

Skills We Can't Do Without

Effective communication in German (B2/C1 level)
English min. B1
At least 2 years of documented experience in field of software testing
Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, e.g. Jira/X-Ray/Zephyr, Azure DevOps,
Fundamentals of SQL
Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Communication and open approach to people
Willingness to take initiative and responsibilityGood organization of work, attention to details

Skills We Believe Are Nice To Have

ISTQB Foundation course or certificate would be desired advantage
Knowledge of REST & SOAP API testing with SOAP UI, Postman, or another tool
Experience with SAP/SAP testing
Basic experience with test automation, especially with Tosca Tricentis
