Job summary

Atos seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams on a large-scale European public-sector modernization project. You will gather and analyze requirements, support solution design, and ensure specifications reflect business needs, with emphasis on German-speaking stakeholders and English fluency.

You will work in a multicultural team, document processes, create user stories, and participate in testing and validation activities to ensure alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) and excellent command of English.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis.
