Ищем опытного бизнес-аналитика/стратегического аналитика для разработки стратегий, моделирования сценариев и сотрудничества с командами продукта, продаж и финансов. Приоритет — финтех и платежи, работу можно вести с полной автономией и влиянием на ключевые решения.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в бизнес-аналитике, стратегии или консалтинге.
• Опыт в финтех, платежах, электронной коммерции или стратегическом консалтинге.
• Опыт ведения международных проектов.
• Умение самостоятельно запускать инициативы и оценивать их результаты.
• Глубокие навыки SQL и Excel.
• Уровень английского C1 или выше.
• Будет плюсом: Power BI, VBA, DAX и ИИ-инструменты.

Responsibilities

InPost is a European logistics solutions provider for the e-commerce industry. It operates a delivery platform with out-of-home parcel lockers and PUDO points, provides courier and fulfillment services to e-commerce sellers, and develops financial and payment products for its users.

Задачи

• Prepare strategic analyses, business cases, and recommendations to support business decisions
• Analyze the market and identify new growth and innovation opportunities in financial and payment services
• Conduct preliminary assessments of strategic partnerships, including innovation partnerships
• Lead business initiatives from analysis and recommendations through implementation and evaluation of results
• Model business scenarios and prepare forecasts and financial analyses
• Monitor key business and financial metrics and recommend optimization measures
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Prepare materials and recommendations for senior management
• Develop analytical standards and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Use AI tools to improve the efficiency of analyses and business processes

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting, or business development
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or strategic consulting
• Experience leading international projects or initiatives
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from idea to implementation and assess their results
• Experience preparing business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Accountability for results, curiosity, and business acumen
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across organizational levels
• English proficiency at C1 or above
