Job summary

InPost ищет специалиста по стратегии доходов для разработки и монетизации платформы AI Commerce. Вы будете ко-создавать стратегию доходов, оценивать модели монетизации и поддерживать внедрение новых потоков выручки в рамках группы InPost.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт в управлении доходами, аналитике данных и работе с межфункциональными командами. Предлагается гибридный формат работы, доступ к современным инструментам и участие в развитии новых рынков.

Qualifications

• Минимум 3 года опыта в управлении доходами, монетизацией, ростом доходов или бизнес-аналитикой.
• Способность самостоятельно строить бизнес-кейсы и модели.
• Опыт внедрения сквозных бизнес-процессов.
• Умение работать с данными и извлекать из них заключения; отличное знание Excel и аналитических инструментов.
• Умение работать с несколькими заинтересованными сторонами и адаптироваться к изменениям.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и внедрение стратегии доходов платформы.
• Анализ и разработка моделей монетизации и ценообразования.
• Формирование бизнес-кейсов для новых инициатив.
• Выявление возможностей роста доходов и подготовка бизнес-анализов и рекомендаций.
• Работа с командами Commerce, Product, Technology, Finance и Data.

InPost is a leader in logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe. In AI Commerce, we are building a new marketplace platform within the InPost Group. We are looking for someone to help us develop our revenue strategy, design monetization models, and support the implementation of new revenue streams. If you are interested in business, revenue management, and developing new products and services, this role may be for you.

• Co-creating and implementing the platform's revenue strategy
• Analyzing and developing monetization models
• Building business cases for new business initiatives
• Identifying new revenue growth opportunities
• Preparing business analyses, simulations, and recommendations
• Working with the Commerce, Product, Technology, Finance, and Data teams
• Implementing processes related to monetization, fees, and commissions
• Co-creating terms and conditions, process documentation, and project documentation
• Participating in projects to develop and scale the business into additional markets

Требования:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in revenue management, monetization, revenue growth, or business analytics
• You can independently build business cases and business models
• You have experience implementing end-to-end business processes
• You are comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from itYou have very good knowledge of Excel and analytical tools
• You can work with multiple stakeholders at the same time
• You thrive in an environment of dynamic change and new projects
