Job summary

Sii Sweden is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a team delivering digital solutions for the car leasing and fleet management industry. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, working with business stakeholders, the IT Product Owner, and development teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in finance or automotive is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data source mapping.
• Experience with API design and lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritise business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design effective solutions.
• Support development and management of large-scale product catalogs and APIs.
• Map data sources and analyse data requirements.
• Prepare process flows and project documentation.
• Support test planning and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement.
