Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions. The role focuses on requirements gathering, onboarding support through API integrations, and shaping the product roadmap for a data-intensive platform.

You will work with product, engineering, and architecture teams to enhance search capabilities and overall platform functionality, contributing to a globally distributed team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience driving end-to-end projects and working with Product Owners or delivery-focused teams.
• Hands-on SQL knowledge and experience with data-intensive systems and platforms.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency enabling collaboration with globally distributed teams.

Join an international team working on the development of a strategic platform used by customers worldwide to search, manage, and distribute content and information.

The team is responsible for customer onboarding, enhancing search capabilities, integrating large volumes of data, and delivering solutions that support global content distribution.

We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Your tasks

Requirements

Nice to have

• Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or other enterprise search solutions
• Previous work with AI-powered solutions, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, AI agents, or related emerging technologies
