Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

You will gather requirements, define processes and integration needs, and support onboarding through API integrations and data migrations. The role requires strong English, 5+ years of BA experience, and a track record in end-to-end projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis with stakeholder management.
• Experience driving end-to-end projects with Product Owners or delivery teams; SQL knowledge.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, and large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication and strong English for global collaboration.

The team is responsible for customer onboarding, enhancing search capabilities, integrating large volumes of data, and delivering solutions that support global content distribution.

We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Your tasks

• Gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Leading stakeholder workshops and driving alignment on requirements, objectives, and priorities
• Defining business processes, workflows, dependencies, and integration requirements
• Supporting customer onboarding through API-based integrations and data migration initiatives
• Driving prioritisation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and delivery-related decisions
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture teams while enhancing search capabilities and platform functionality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and working closely with Product Owners or delivery-focused teamsHands-on SQL knowledge and experience working with data-intensive systems and platforms
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or other enterprise search solutions
• Previous work with AI-powered solutions, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, AI agents, or related emerging technologies
