Qualifications

• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Proven experience with scope control in project delivery.
• Experience on eCommerce platform projects delivering changes to external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Ability to define and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlines.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to change with critical thinking.
• Experience leading teams at different stages of the team's lifecycle.
• Experience of modern software development practices.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery techniques and lean ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Produce accurate status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Manage several workstreams, ensuring teams understand expectations.
• Inspire and lead teams with little Agile experience, suggesting improvements.
• Focus on improving delivery processes.
• Review and update the project resource plan and budgets.
