Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in conducting workshops.
• Ability to lead meetings and brainstorming meetings.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, ETL concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or BI tools.
• Finance reporting experience.
• CPG industry experience.
• Databricks and Azure data stack experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Maintain documentation such as transformation rules, data dictionaries, and metric definitions.
• Design and implement mappings between multiple data sources.
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Provide support in data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL.
• Conduct stakeholder surveys, workshops, and meetings to collect and clarify requirements.
