Job summary

Signify Technology is seeking experienced Business Analysts for Polish banking/financial services projects with expertise in AML, KYC, client onboarding or payments. You will bridge business and engineering teams to deliver technology change and process improvements.

Projects are hybrid or remote depending on the assignment, with bases in Warsaw, Wrocław and Kraków. Strong English communication is required and project scope, rates, and start dates will be finalised on assignment.

Qualifications

• AML, KYC, client onboarding or payments experience.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience bridging business stakeholders and engineering teams.

I'm working with a global technology consultancy on upcoming banking and financial services projects and am looking to connect with experienced Business Analysts with expertise in AML, KYC, client onboarding or payments.

The work will involve helping banking clients improve processes and deliver technology change, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

What you could be working on:

• Gathering requirements and leading stakeholder workshops.
• Mapping banking processes and identifying improvements.
• Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Supporting delivery teams through implementation and testing.
• Contributing domain expertise across financial crime, onboarding or payment processes.

Who I'd like to speak with:

• Business Analysts with banking or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, client onboarding and/or payments - you don't need expertise in every area.
• Experience supporting technology or business change projects.
• Confident communicators who can work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English.
