Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Business Engineer) to bridge business and technology for web and mobile customer-facing applications. You will ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals in an Agile setting.

You will translate business needs into digital solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in backlog refinement and planning to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web/mobile apps.
• Create and maintain high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Actively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Architects.

Responsibilities

• Support effort estimation and delivery planning activities
• Ensure traceability, consistency, and testability of requirements
• Work with UX/UI teams to align business requirements with user experience concepts
• Support development and testing teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product development and delivery processes
