Job summary

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in CEE, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and delivery teams. You will translate requirements into specifications, map processes, and drive improvements across internal projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders, support UAT, and maintain comprehensive documentation in a dynamic, hybrid/remote environment. Strong Polish and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable documentation.
• Experience with business process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior decision-making with data.

Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support internal projects that improve business processes, systems, and decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, process improvements, and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives .
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
• Support project planning, prioritization, scope management, and communication across project teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and project stakeholders.
• Support user acceptance testing, validate delivered solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, decisions, dependencies, and change requests.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of e xperience in a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, structure information, and translate business needs into actionable documentation.
• Good understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Very good Polish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing project environment.
• Experience in projects related to building or implementing a data warehouse.
• Experience cooperating with C-level stakeholders and supporting senior-level decision-making processes.
