Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Poland seeks a senior Business Analyst to join a banking project in Loans Exposure, focusing on credit products, credit exposure, risk and financial data management. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL in an Agile environment.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders, document processes clearly, and contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Good practical knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including query creation and data analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery model.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with credit products, credit exposure, risk, or loans related processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain.

What will you do?

You will join a banking project in the Loans Exposure area, focusing on credit products, credit exposure, risk, and financial data management processes. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and support data analysis and validation using SQL and PL/SQL in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Your tasks

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
