Responsibilities

• Together with the Veterinary Service Manager, developing buyer profiles, assessing their needs, preferences and habits, and evaluating the reception of related veterinary products
• Participating in supervising, monitoring and forecasting the market situation, supporting the development of marketing strategies
• Participating in the preparation of product promotional materials, such as brochures, leaflets, catalogues, promotional articles, advertisements and computer presentations
• Participating in the preparation of new product launches
• Developing and conducting substantive training for sales representatives, customers, their staff and target customers.
• Participating in the preparation and organisation of substantive meetings with customers, joint research
• Analysing the Polish market for veterinary preparations in terms of the company's needs and preparing reports on the market (in cooperation with VS Manager)
• Providing substantive support for the work of representatives
• Participating in setting the unit's budget and sharing responsibility for its implementation
• Maintaining regular contact with key veterinarians, specialists in the field, laboratories, farms, and other customers in technical veterinary and animal health aspects
• Preparing periodic reports on your activities for the Vet Service Manager
• Maintaining regular contact with representatives of various types of scientific institutions (universities, vet faculties, laboratories, PIWET, etc.), leaders in fields related to the company's activities
• Efficiently organising one's own work and performing it conscientiously – in accordance with the tasks received, ad hoc instructions and guidelines from one's immediate superior, as well as in relation to the activities performed, state of knowledge and regulations
• Taking care to improve one's own qualifications through training and self-education
• Taking care of the Company's property and ensuring the proper management of the assets of the organisational unit
• Compliance with the provisions on professional secrecy and trade secrets within the meaning of the Act on Combating Unfair Competition
• Compliance with occupational safety regulations and rules and fire safety regulations
• Organising, independently conducting and supervising field testing of products, in particular interpreting the results and formulating conclusions from the tests
• Keeping the immediate superior informed on an ongoing basis about the status of task completion and any difficulties in their implementation
• Immediately informing your immediate superior about any abuses to the detriment of the Company
• Caring for the image and reputation of the Company
• Promoting Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o. veterinary preparations among veterinarians during visits
• Immediately (within one day) forwarding information about reports of suspected adverse reactions to the local contact person responsible for supervising the monitoring of the safety of Ceva Animal Health Polska Sp. z o.o. veterinary medicinal products (and in their absence, to their substitute)
• Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
