Excelsior Group is seeking a Brand & Marketplace Operations Manager to scale our consumer-product portfolio with growth, ownership, and strategic impact. This remote role offers fast-track opportunities and cross-functional collaboration from day one.

You will drive pricing, marketing strategy, inventory coordination, and launches while mentoring junior staff and possibly a VA. The role reports to the COO and supports international teams.

We're looking for a Brand & Marketplace Operations Manager to help us scale. This role is open to both junior and senior candidates, depending on experience and capabilities. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned operator, we offer the opportunity to grow fast, take ownership, and make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for driving the sales performance of your portfolio of new products. In addition to managing your portfolio, the goal is that you can progressively grow your skill, productivity and responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pricing & Marketing Strategy: Decide on the price and marketing strategy at a product level keeping customer interests in mind.
• Analyze Product Performance: Frequently assess product performance and market response.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure inventory levels align with sales targets, preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
• Product Launch Ownership: Own or support product launches, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure success.
• Strategic Communication: Clearly communicate strategic decisions and updates to the team, offering guidance and direction.
• Team Mentorship (Senior Level): If you're in a senior role, you'll also manage junior operations team members, helping them grow and scale alongside the company.
• VA Management (Senior Level): You may also work with a Virtual Assistant to support a larger product portfolio efficiently.

There is a ton of room for growth in this position. You can expect to be involved in highly strategic subjects early on (marketing & advertising strategy, new products development, etc.).

But don't worry - it will only come after proper training!

And you will report to the COO.

About You

Required (All Levels)

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, strategic product management or supply chain management
• Comfortable leading launches and owning product performance
• Proven ability to drive results through strategy and cross-functional collaboration

About the Conditions

Location: Fully remote

Compensation & Benefits

Junior Profiles:

Trial Period: 1,500 EUR

Tier 3: 1,600 EUR

Tier 2: 1,800 EUR

Tier 1: 2,000 EUR

Senior Profiles:

Trial Period: 2,500 EUR

Tier 3: 2,600 EUR

Tier 2: 2,800 EUR

Tier 1: 3,000 EUR

Director of Operations: 3,500 EUR+

Others:

• Annual salary increase and promotions: According to performance.
• Performance-based bonus: Awarded twice a year, based on company performance.
• Work anniversary bonus: 500 EUR for each year with the company.
• Yearly IT budget: 500 EUR to cover IT expenses.
