Job summary

Displate Corporation in Warszawa is seeking a Licensing & Brand Partnerships Specialist to collaborate with internal artists and licensors to align products with brand guidelines. You will manage approvals across platforms, review contracts, and help grow the brand through new partnerships.

You will track royalties, prepare reports, and support marketing campaigns ensuring licensed brands are integrated effectively into campaigns and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Work with the internal Artists to create products that match brand guidelines and appeal to customers.
• Manage product and marketing approvals with licensors across multiple platforms.
• Keep track of sales and prepare reports on royalties when needed.
• Support the Marketing team in planning and approving marketing campaigns that fit with our licensed brands.
• Build good relationships with licensing partners to keep working together and grow the brand.
• Review and renegotiate licensing contracts and documents
• Look for new partnerships with licensors, related brands, and stores to expand our reach.
• Support the team in reaching yearly sales goals for licensed brands.
