Job summary

Displate, a design-first e-commerce brand, is seeking a Partnership Specialist to join the Business Development team in Warsaw. You will work with artists to craft products that reflect brand guidelines, manage licensing approvals, track royalties, and support marketing campaigns for licensed brands.

The role involves building strong licensing partnerships, expanding collaborations with licensors, and helping the team reach annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and proactive approach.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Curiosity to learn licensing, brands, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal artists to create products that align with brand guidelines and appeal to customers.
• Coordinate licensing approvals and royalties across platforms.
• Track sales and prepare royalty reports as needed.
• Support the Marketing team in planning and approving campaigns for licensed brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners to grow the brand.
