Job summary

Admind, the largest global branding agency in Poland, is hiring for a new business development role. You will identify opportunities, meet clients, and present branding and communication services from a diverse, international team based in Kraków, Warsaw, or remotely within Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in new business, business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in a creative agency, advertising, branding, marketing, IT or software development environment.
• Proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish, with C1 or native-level proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Meet with potential clients to understand their business challenges and offer branding solutions.
• Lead client meetings and present the agency’s branding and communication services.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations; highlight agency capabilities and approach.
• Tailor proposals to client needs and estimate project costs within budgets.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements to secure win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing client communication.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
