Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Brand Art Director to define and evolve the art direction for The Witcher marketing, branding, and communications. You will lead the visual vision, establish brand standards, and partner with Marketing, Game Development, and external partners to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

In-office in a hybrid capacity in Warsaw, Poland, relocation is required. A portfolio showcasing The Witcher assets and AAA visuals is essential for consideration, along with fluent

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional art direction or brand design experience in gaming.
• Portfolio with logos, visuals, brand guides for AAA titles.
• Proven leadership of art/design teams in gaming.
• Expertise in art direction, branding, visual communication, and design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and industry tools.
• Experience building brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
• Strong understanding of marketing, production, digital content, and asset pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with Game Development teams to unify vision.
• Deep knowledge and passion for The Witcher universe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling to present concepts.
• Exceptional organization; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create the overarching visual vision and strategy for The Witcher marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and evolve art direction for marketing campaigns.
• Develop, maintain, and improve visual standards, brand guidelines, and creative frameworks.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across all channels.
• Oversee creative assets from internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Partner with Game Development to reflect each game's vision in marketing assets.
• Review and approve key assets before publication or delivery.
• Provide guidance in art direction and brand expression to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining best practices across the organization.
• Lead the Brand Art discipline by overseeing headcount, budget, and resources.
