CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Brand Art Director to define and evolve the art direction for The Witcher marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. You will guard the visual identity across all touchpoints and collaborate with Marketing, Game Development, Franchise, and external partners.

You will lead the Brand Art discipline, setting standards, guiding teams, and driving continuous improvement in visual storytelling and design execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of art direction and brand design experience in gaming.
• Portfolio with logos, visuals, style guides for AAA titles.
• Proven leadership of art/design teams in gaming.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual comms, and design principles.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools and brand identity systems.

Responsabilités

• Create the overarching visual vision and strategy for Witcher marketing and branding.
• Define and evolve art direction for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, guidelines, and creative frameworks across IMC.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality of assets across channels.
• Oversee asset quality with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
• Guide art direction and brand expression to stakeholders and partners.
• Drive best practices and standards across the organization.
• Lead Brand Art with headcount, budget, and resource planning.
